PEAK with the new function designed to enhance efficiency. ✨ 1. Reduce errors! Tax invoice date now adjusts automatically based on document issue date. 📢 The system now adjusts the “Tax Invoice Date” field to automatically follow the document’s “Issue Date,” so users don’t have to manually correct it—helping reduce errors from incorrect entries. This invoice date adjustment applies to both document creation and editing pages, providing convenience and accuracy for tax invoice records. ✨ 2. Easier tax filing date entry in PEAK Tax! Auto-suggest filing date based on calendar, with new “Filed Already” option for retroactive entries. 📢 For PEAK Tax users, the system adds convenience when entering data on the “Tax Filing” page by auto-setting the default filing date according to the Revenue Department calendar. This helps reduce redundant data entry and prevents mistakes caused by forgetting to update the filing date. Also added: a “Filed Already” option for users who have already submitted tax forms through other channels and are just recording them in the system—no need to download the file again while still maintaining accurate records. ✨ 3. View dashboard data up to 5 years back, with added arrow buttons for easier navigation. 📢 Users can now view dashboard data in each menu going back up to 5 years. This enables easier historical analysis and performance comparison. Dashboards with extended history include: In addition, left-right arrow buttons have been added on dashboard pages (Home / Revenue / Expense) for easier navigation between months. ✨ 4. Change status of multiple Quotation and Purchase Order documents with a single click! 📢 For businesses managing many Quotations (QO) and Purchase Orders (PO), the system now allows selecting multiple documents and changing their statuses all at once. Users can choose to update statuses based on system rules or mark them all as “Fully Issued” in one go. This helps manage documents faster, saves time, and reduces errors from updating documents one by one. Example of alert when the document does not meet the condition for “Fully Issued” status ✨ 5. Purchase Request (PR) documents no longer require contact name input. 📢 For Premium package users needing flexibility in creating PR documents, the “Contact” field is no longer mandatory. Users may leave it blank if the contact is not yet known or not needed during the request stage. If a Purchase Order (PO) is created from a PR and a contact name has been entered, the system will retain that name to ensure accuracy for the next step. ✨ 6. Redesigned Check In/Check Out screen—easier to use, with reports that match on-screen display. 📢 Users can now manage received and issued checks more easily with a new display aligned with standard document lists. Check statuses are more visible and easier to search. The printed check report is also improved—print results will follow the open tab and match the on-screen sorting. A new “Paid Out” column is added in the check payment report for clearer and more accurate tracking. ✨ 7. Print stock balance report showing SKU, platform, and Barcode. 📢 For e-commerce businesses, users can now print stock balance reports with additional product codes: SKU numbers by platform and Barcodes. Simply check the ‘Show other product codes’ option in the report print window to include these columns in the product/service report. Even if SKU codes are disabled, the system will still display the selected data. This enhances stock management and integration with online sales platforms, making it more accurate and convenient. Additionally, the report layout has been updated to match receipt/payment documents, and users can select the report type and title as needed. Example: Stock Balance Report
